The Tamang Doctors Society Nepal had successfully held its 1st annual general meeting of 2077/78 on 19th of magh , 2078 in boudha under the leadership of founding president Dr. Dil bahadur tamang . During that meeting , Dr. chiring yonjan were came as a chief guest(pediatric gastroenterologist), Dr.Ganesh yonjan(consultant physician) as a special guest and Dr.sanjeeb yonjan( consultant gynecologist /obstetrician) ,Dr. Swoyeta mahato yonjan( consultant gynecologist/ obstetrician), Dr. Shekhar lama (consultant orthopedic surgeon) along with board members , normal members and other doctors were present .
In that programme, annual financial activities of the institute , programmes conducted by the institute up to date and further future plans of the institute were discussed . Changes brought through that meeting: New memberships were provided for interested Tamang(Medical personnels) candidates . Unanimously, under the leadership of Dr. Nirajan dong tamang, new working committee was selected.
From this institute , we would like to express our sincere gratitude to all the doctors who came in the meeting accepting the invitation and making this programme successful . We would also like to inform you all that the “membership expansion” programme has been started .
