Tamang Doctors Society Nepal (TDS Nepal) conducted its second health camp in Nuwakot, returning to the Holding Centre, Belkotgadhi Municipality–8 after our first outreach there during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2021. This time, we brought medical care and essential relief supplies including rice, salt, cooking oil, noodles, biscuits, blankets, clothes and sanitary pads. But what we witnessed was deeply painful. Many families are still struggling with basic necessities, physical illness and emotional distress. We found urgent needs for food, medicines, soap, mosquito nets, slippers, gas cylinders, power banks and other daily essentials. Because of difficult terrain and blocked roads, we could not reach every community. But what we saw was enough to tell us.
OUR WORK IS NOT OVER, that is why TDS Nepal is preparing for a third outreach mission within the coming week. We need your support If you or your organisation can provide essential relief materials, please join us. Every contribution big or small can help a family survive another difficult day.

WE COULD NOT REACH EVERYWHERE. WE COULD NOT SOLVE EVERYTHING. BUT WE COULD NOT WALK AWAY. After seeing their reality, we know we must return. We are going back not simply to deliver supplies, but to stand beside people who are still waiting for help. YOU CAN BE PART OF THIS JOURNEY.
