"I am Dr. Ujwal Thokar, currently pursuing an MD degree in Internal Medicine. I completed my MBBS at UCMS (TU) under the MOE Scholarship program of the Government of Nepal and subsequently served as a medical officer for nearly two years in Sindhuli and Nuwakot. Born and raised in Doramba, Ramechhap,a remote and conflict-affected region of Nepal,I have firsthand experience of the challenges faced in rural areas. These experiences have instilled in me a deep sense of empathy, generosity, and resilience. As a founding BOD of this organization dedicated to uniting doctors from our community, I have been actively involved in transforming a shared vision into a formal platform. This initiative aims to foster mutual support among medical professionals and contribute to the well-being of the communities we represent.
