"I am Dr Dipen Lama ,( founder and secretary of TDS Nepal ; Founder and Director of Synapse education)from Rasuwa, I completed my MBBS from one of the prestigious institute of Nepal, Institute of Medicine, Maharajgunj Medical Campus. Currently I am doing residency in psychiatry in Institute of Medicine, Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital. I love to mentor and teach students. TDS was initially founded by group of enthusiastic Tamang doctors to reach the unreached places or to serve the community which has less accessible. Being a founder of TDS , I feel proud as we have on short span doe lot of works and served thousands of people in health camp. Hope we can build TDS to great height by continuous and collaborative activities and bringing innovative ideas."
